Sizing

How do I measure my baby's feet?

Place your baby's foot on a piece of paper and mark at the heel and big toe. Measure the longest distance from heel to toe in centimeters or inches, then compare to our Size Chart. We recommend measuring both feet and using the larger measurement.

What size should I order?

We recommend sizing up if your baby is between sizes or if their feet are on the wider side. Our shoes are designed with a little growing room. Visit our Size Chart for a full breakdown by age and foot length.

Do your shoes run true to size?

Yes — our shoes are designed to fit true to size with a comfortable fit ideal for pre-walkers and early walkers. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we'll help you find the right fit.

Care

How do I care for leather baby shoes?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging in water or machine washing. Allow to air dry away from direct heat. For detailed instructions, visit our Care page.

Can I condition the leather?

Yes — a small amount of leather conditioner applied occasionally will keep the leather supple and extend the life of the shoes. Avoid petroleum-based products.

What if the shoes get wet?

Gently blot excess moisture with a soft cloth and allow to air dry naturally. Stuffing the shoes with a dry cloth can help them retain their shape while drying.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. 

How long does shipping take?

We make to order with a 3-6 business day processing time before we ship. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. You'll see estimated delivery times at checkout based on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through the Shop app.
