Shoes will arrive tagged together with a cotton string and thick card tag. This helps reduce packaging and the costs to ship.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and sent back in a box. If these conditions are not met, you will receive store credit instead of money back.

Items must be shipped back within 10 days from receipt of return label.

Custom-made shoes, including those made with custom measurements and materials, are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
