Shipping & Processing

For one pair, please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be made and shipped. Delivery times are not included in this estimate.

For two or more pairs, please allow up to ten business days for your order to be made and shipped. Delivery times are not included in this estimate.

Pre-order and limited edition shoes will have longer turnaround times than listed above, specific to each launch.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns, but you can exchange shoes if they are in perfect condition and in original packaging. If they are not in perfect condition, based on my discretion, I will send them back and you will not be able to exchange them or receive a refund. 

All returning shoes must be shipped back in a box.

After eight days of order dispatch or if the above criteria has not been met, all sales are final. All final sale items are non-refundable nor exchangeable.

Sizing

Please add 0.25" - 0.5" to your babe's foot measurement to get your final measurement. 

Care

Boots, Oxfords, and Piper Mary Janes

This leather will naturally distress with wear. They have a couple coats of leather protection on them already, and to freshen them up a bit, please use a leather conditioner

Other leather shoes

Gently wipe with damp cloth. Leather conditioner can help freshen up and protect your leather .

Laces

The laces are long enough to double knot them, which I recommend doing! Fabric laces - please hand wash and air dry. A quick pass under an iron will smooth out any wrinkles that may form from many wears. 

 

Note from Briana: All the products you see on my site, minus the suede laces, are handmade by me. Therefore, you will see variations in leather and pattern placement than what is pictured in the listings. I do my best to replicate the pictures, of course!

*The boot, Piper, and oxford leather is very unique from hide to hide, and it patinas with wear. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Thank you!
